About the Hackathon

Zoho Developer Community Hackathon 2025 offers participants hands-on access to Zoho’s extensive development platforms, including:

• Zoho CRM Developer Tools

• Zoho Creator

• Zoho Catalyst

• Zoho Cliq Platform

• SalesIQ Zobot

• IoT Integrations

Participants are free to build automated workflows, intelligent bots, business extensions, custom widgets, and more—showcasing the strength of Zoho’s unified ecosystem.

The entire event is conducted online, enabling global participation. Best of all—it’s completely free, making it accessible to beginners, professionals, and enthusiasts alike.

Eligibility & Participation

• Open to teams of up to three participants.

• Ideal for individuals passionate about building innovative software solutions.

• Basic knowledge of coding, databases, cloud platforms, and Zoho’s development tools is helpful.

• Participation is free and available worldwide.

• Not eligible: Zoho employees, minors, and residents from restricted regions.

• All participants must register on time to receive the Zoho One test account used for development.

Key Phases of the Event

1. Registration (Nov 18 – Dec 2, 2025)
At the start of development, each member will receive a Zoho One test account with full development access.
2. Development & Submission (Dec 3 – Dec 23, 2025)
Third-party integrations are allowed.
Projects must be submitted before the deadline—late submissions will not be accepted.
3. Evaluation & Results (From Dec 24, 2025)

Fill out the registration form before the deadline. Once registered, participants receive a confirmation email.

Participants must build their project within the given timeframe.

A jury panel from various Zoho product divisions evaluates submissions based on:

• Innovation

• Functionality

• Design efficiency

• Problem-solving capability

• User experience

Winners will be notified via email and through Zoho’s official platforms.

Prizes & Recognition

Participants can look forward to:

• Zoho Developer Community merchandise for category winners

• Participation certificates for all valid submissions

How to Register

You can register between November 18 to December 2, 2025 through the Zoho Developer Community website.
