Responsibilities:

• works with the developers, merchants and internal teams to resolve the techinical issues.

• should handle and respond to the technical queries related to the payment gateways , APIs , plugins , transaction process.

• Act as a point of contact between merchants and internal departments to communication and technical concerns.

• improve the merchant satisfaction by presenting accurate solutions.

Requirements:

• students from 2024 or 2025 batch can apply .

• people with B.tech or B.E in computer Science or IT are preferred.

• should be good at reasoning, communicating and slove problems.

• must know a little about how computer programs and websites work.

• should be friendly, patient, able to help other easily.

• knowing how to code in Java , JavaScript, C, C++, PHP or Python.
