Nasuni follows a hybrid work model:

• 3 days per week from the Hyderabad office
• 2 days per week working from home

Job Role: Software Engineer – Systems :

This role is perfect for engineers who are early in their career (1–4 years) and want to grow into system-level software development. At Nasuni, platform engineers work directly on the company’s NAS appliance platform, which is the backbone of its cloud-native file storage system.

Key Responsibilities :

As a Software Engineer – Systems, your work will span development, debugging, testing, and collaborating with senior engineers. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop and maintain the NAS appliance platform

You will contribute to core components that power Nasuni’s flagship product — a high-performance, hybrid cloud file system.

2. Write and debug Linux systems code

Expect hands-on programming in C, C++, Python, and Bash while working closely with low-level OS functionality.

3. Investigate customer-reported issues

You’ll analyze problems from real-world enterprise environments to understand how systems behave under scale and load.

4. Participate in engineering processes

You will be part of design reviews, code reviews, and daily standups — helping ensure high-quality architecture and implementation.

5. Contribute to release pipelines

This includes writing automated tests, improving build workflows, and supporting continuous integration and deployment

Required Skills :

Educational Qualification :

BE/B.Tech / ME/M.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, or

MCA with strong systems programming exposure

 Experience :

1–4 years of experience in systems or platform engineering
