Oracle Hiring Off Campus- Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility is straightforward: this role is for candidates with 0–2+ years of experience, strong English communication skills, and the ability to work as a full-time IC1 engineer without visa or work-permit sponsorship. If you're legally eligible to work and have basic software engineering knowledge, you’re good to go.

Role Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software for databases, applications, and tools
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across different products
• Follow design specifications and implement features accordingly
• Work within the given software architecture—enhance it, don’t reinvent it

Desired Skills

• Strong programming fundamentals (Java, C++, Python—anything solid works)
• Understanding of databases (SQL at least)
• Knowledge of data structures & algorithms
• Basic understanding of OS concepts, networking, and system design
