Konecranes - Eligibility Criteria

• Diploma or BE in Electrical Engineering

• Freshers eligible

• Basic understanding of project coordination or engineering concepts is a plus

Role Responsibilities

• Organize kick-off meetings for new orders with internal teams

• Prepare and manage project schedules and plans

• Conduct planning and review meetings to track timelines

• Act as the main communication point for customer approvals, schedules, and delivery updates

• Coordinate inspections under QAP

• Work with site teams to ensure project execution and timely progress

• Provide milestone updates to customers

Desired Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of SAP or MS Project is an added advantage
• Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate
