Iris Hiring Off Campus- Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have a 4-year Computer Science degree or equivalent technical qualification, solid hands-on Java development experience, and the ability to work in UK shift timings. Prior experience in software or product development is required, along with comfort in working with enterprise-level backend systems.

Role Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise-grade Java applications.

• Use Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, JPA, Hibernate for backend development.

• Work with multithreading, concurrency, parallel processing, and optimize system performance.

• Handle memory management, garbage collection, and debugging memory leaks.

• Design and optimize database schemas, write efficient SQL (Oracle/MySQL).

Desired Skills

• Core Java, Java 8+

• Multithreading, concurrent APIs

• Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate

• Strong understanding of JVM, GC, memory optimization
