You’ll take old documentation, convert it into updated formats, create traceability, and support automation using Python. It’s a perfect entry role to transition into DevOps, Tools Engineering, or Verification & Validation.

Alcon Career Hiring Off Campus- Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s Degree in CS / IT / Software Engineering / related fields
• 0–2 years experience (yes, freshers can breathe now)
• Basic Python or any scripting knowledge
• Understanding of SDLC + requirements management

Role Responsibilities

• Understand and interpret legacy software requirements
• Translate them to modern, standardized artifacts
• Build traceable links between requirements → test cases → code
• Use Azure DevOps & Polarion for documentation/tracking
• Write Python scripts for automation (tooling, conversions, cleanup)

Desired Skills

• Python basics (automation, scripting)
• SDLC knowledge
• Requirement & test case understanding
• Tools exposure: Azure DevOps, Polarion
