Accenture - Eligibility Criteria

• Any graduation or relevant degree
• 2–5 years of experience in operations, service delivery, HR ops, BPM, or similar
• Prior experience managing processes, quality, or reporting is usually preferred
• Ability to work in rotational shifts if required

Role Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day operations for your assigned process
• Managing SLAs, KPIs, deadlines, and work quality
• Handling escalations and resolving non-routine issues
• Using data to monitor performance and improve efficiency
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams
