Must be comfortable working remotely, have strong communication skills, be highly organized, and possess a solid understanding of Ruby on Rails, APIs, and database design.

Role Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend features using Ruby on Rails.

• Build, optimize, and maintain REST and GraphQL APIs.

• Design efficient and scalable database structures.

• Troubleshoot issues and propose solutions independently.

Desired Skills

• Experience building scalable digital platforms in production environments.
